Mission/Purpose

We are a Band of Brothers who love our Lord and all mankind.
We express our love by encouraging and challenging one another
to be the example we want to see in each other. We accomplish this by being honest, transparent, accountable and integrus

as we explore the deeper issues of our souls with the goal of being more Christ-like, and being the Light we need to see in each other.

We can only grow as much as we are willing to be honest and open.
Therefore, we challenge ourselves to be transparent
as it is our intent to be accountable, so we can be the men God calls us to be, United in Christ as one body.

We actively demonstrate commitment to the group, and the process of inner change, for personal growth as men.
We meet on a regular and consistent basis, and greatly value our time together.
We respect one another and what is discussed amongst us, stays amongst us.

We meet…to allow a men to be heard, accepted, and with love,
challenged to grow into the men God called him to be.
We are…a Band of Brothers
"As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another."

The goal is to encounter the Love of his God in his heart,
as a result of a man learning to Love himself, to live Love for his brother.

We are Band of Brothers.

Why Choose This Mission?
Christian Outreach in Thailand

Choosing a mission field is a deeply personal decision, influenced by numerous factors, including cultural diversity, religious landscape, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. For me, the choice to engage in Christian outreach in Thailand is driven by the unique opportunity it presents to share the message of God’s love and saving grace in a profoundly diverse setting.

Thailand is a country with a rich cultural heritage and a religiously diverse population. With approximately 94% of the population identifying as Buddhist, 4% as Muslim, and 2% as Christian, it offers a dynamic environment for intercultural and interfaith dialogue. This blend of beliefs creates a fertile ground for sharing the Christian message, as it allows for meaningful conversations about faith and spirituality in a context that values respectful exchange.

Why Thailand?

  • Cultural and Religious Diversity: Thailand’s predominant Buddhist culture, coupled with its Muslim and Christian minorities, presents a unique platform for Christian outreach. The cultural richness and religious variety of Thailand mean that sharing the Christian message can be done in a context that is both respectful and impactful. The opportunity to engage with individuals from different religious backgrounds allows for the introduction of Christian teachings in a way that acknowledges and respects their existing beliefs.
  • A Unique Platform for Faith Sharing: The relatively small Christian population in Thailand, just 2%, means that there is a significant opportunity to make a difference. In a country where Christianity is not the dominant religion, our presence and outreach can be a beacon of hope and love. It’s a chance to show how Christian values align with universal principles of love, compassion, and grace.
  • Openness to New Ideas: Many Thais, especially in urban areas like Pattaya, are open to exploring different ideas and philosophies. This openness can be a powerful gateway for presenting the message of Jesus Christ. By engaging with the community through respectful dialogue and genuine acts of kindness, we can build relationships that foster understanding and invite others to experience the transformative power of faith.
  • Building Bridges: Interacting with people from various cultural and religious backgrounds allows us to build bridges of understanding. Our mission isn’t just about conversion; it’s about creating connections and demonstrating the love of Christ through our actions and words. By doing so, we contribute to a broader dialogue about faith and spirituality in a way that is inclusive and respectful.
  • A Call to Action: The decision to embark on this mission aligns with a broader calling to reach out to those who may not yet know the message of God. It’s about being proactive in sharing the gospel, not just within familiar surroundings but in places where the message can be a source of hope and inspiration.

In conclusion, the mission to engage in Christian outreach in Thailand is driven by the desire to make a meaningful impact in a culturally and religiously diverse setting. By bringing the message of God’s saving grace to a community where Christianity is a minority faith, we have the opportunity to foster understanding, build connections, and share the transformative love of Christ. This mission isn’t just about delivering a message—it’s about engaging with a community in a way that respects their heritage while offering the hope and grace of the Christian faith.
